$166,000,000,000 in IEEPA tariff refunds became payable when SCOTUS ruled 6-3 on Feb 20, 2026. About 330,000 importers qualify — but only 56,000 have registered for the CAPE portal. Big Law ignores companies under $10M revenue. Most customs brokers admit they won’t take small clients. We exist for that gap.

We are not a law firm, not a customs broker, and not an ERC-style refund mill. We are a compliance-first lead-generation service. All customs business (entry filing, HTS classification, protest preparation) is performed by our licensed broker partners under 19 CFR 111 and 19 USC 1641.
