What we collect

Name, email, company, phone when you submit a form. Calculator inputs (declared value, entry dates, country, HTS codes) to produce estimates. CBP Form 7501 uploads you provide to the AI document analyzer. Browser data (IP, user agent, page analytics) via GA4 and Plausible.

How we use it

To generate refund estimates. To route qualified leads to licensed customs broker partners. To send you your estimate report and follow-up emails (you can unsubscribe any time). To improve our service through aggregate analytics.

Document retention

CBP Form 7501 uploads to the AI analyzer are encrypted at rest in Supabase Storage and auto-deleted after 30 days unless you become an active client, in which case they are retained for the engagement plus three years.

Who we share with

Our licensed customs broker partners, with your consent, for the purpose of reviewing and filing your refund claim. Transactional email providers (Resend). Analytics providers (Google Analytics 4, Plausible, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag). We do not sell your data to list brokers, data aggregators, or third-party advertisers.
